The Review Panel of the Foundation has expanded to 23 members. The Review Panel participates in the review of submitted proposals for research and product development. Members of the Panel are volunteers committed to supporting practitioner research and to the maintenance of high standards for practitioner research. The Panel reflects a broad range of experiences in education and other domains of professional practice as well as in-depth knowledge and expertise related to serving children, youth and families in public and private non-profit community-based settings. As Foundation Board President Lonnie Rowell describes it, “SPF greatly appreciates the willingness of so many individuals to give back to their professions and their communities by supporting the development of practitioner-based knowledge production.”
