I have a degree in Elementary Education, and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Math Education. This is my 11th year teaching. I have taught 4th and 5th grade, middle school math, and am currently teaching high school math. I have done extensive action research on helping students develop a growth mindset and have created and used many growth mindset interventions in my classroom. I have presented my research within my district and at national conferences.
