Donna Nevel, a community psychologist and educator, is co-director, with Nina Mehta, of PARCEO. PARCEO is a research, education, and resource center rooted in principles of Participatory Action Research (PAR). She taught PAR for many years at NYU-Steinhardt and is a long-time organizer for justice.
