Dr. April Jones, LMSW, is a licensed social worker, researcher, instructional designer, organizational psychologist, and currently works as an Associate Professor/Department Chair of Social Work at Tuskegee University, Tuskegee, Alabama. She has published articles in domestic and international peer reviewed journals presenting her studies in over ten countries. I join this practitioner research as a person with high interest in social well-being through practice and evaluation from action, teach, or self-study research.
