I am a Chemistry Teacher and Coordinator of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and am currently working on my Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership and Management. My interest is in leadership and management, which includes the professional development of teachers, Learning Team, and Professional Learning Community.
