Part of my mission as a School Counselor is to make a positive difference in the lives of my students. Action Research is a way for me to assess the need of a school, and implement a project that will address that need. I hold myself accountable through the use of gathering and analyzing data to monitor the effectiveness of my project, and measure any change that will hopefully be taking place. I am currently interested in seeing how restorative justice practices can build classroom community among Freshman students.
