Profesora-investigadora de la Escuela Normal del Estado de Chihuahua, México, donde ha sido Jefa del Área de Investigación, Representante Institucional PRODEP y Líder del CAEC “BCENELUB-CA-3 Investigadores Educativos IBYCENECH”. Es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI), miembro del Consejo Mexicano de Investigación Educativa (COMIE), integrante de las Redes Internacionales de Investigación de ARNA y AFIRSE y de la Red Nacional de Colaboración de Cuerpos Académicos en Educación (RCCAE). Integrante del Comité Interinstitucional de Artes, Educación y Humanidades (CIEES). Cuenta con el reconocimiento al Perfil Deseable del PRODEP desde el 2013. Se especializa en el estudio de los procesos de formación, diseño curricular y formación por competencias.
