I am a PhD student at McGill University looking at Educational and Organizational Change and Leadership in secondary schools. Part of my current process is narrowing the scope of several intersecting interests including school change initiatives, interpersonal dynamics, educational leadership, student voice, and action research. Much like action research, my trajectory continues to be in an iterative spiral of experience, reflection, and action.
