I am a motivated, enthusiastic educator with 13+ years experience fostering a creative and cohesive student learning atmosphere that fulfills the developmental needs of the student. I am a graduate of the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey where I earned a Masters degree in Public Administration. As a grad student, I conducted a participatory action research project to identify the student outcomes of a land-based program for adolescents. Since 2015, I have been using action research to adapt program development methods into the specific context of the Education Division of the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
